The printable documents below are presented in both Portable Document Format (PDF) and Rich Text Format (RTF). When registering for classes at the Omaha Homeschool Learning Center, please be sure to include the following:

• Registration Form
• Emergency and Consent Form, if necessary
• A non-refundable $20 deposit for each class, which will be applied to the cost of the class. Please make checks payable to the Omaha Homeschool Learning Center (OHLC).

Online payments will incur an additional charge of 2.9% plus $0.30.
